The placement fee varies according to how long before your arrival the booking is made.
Note: Your placement fee must be paid to Student Room Stay BEFORE your placement process starts. To avoid any delays , pay your placement fee as soon as you receive your booking confirmation.

The weekly housing fee varies according to the length of your booking.
Note: The first 4 weeks of your housing fee (or 2 or 3 depending on your requested length of booking) must be paid in FULL BEFORE your arrival in your host family. Housing fee includes breakfast and dinner on weekdays and breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends and holidays.

We don’t take a homestay program lightly, especially when it comes to the safety and security of our students. We only choose host families who have undergone a series of national criminal background checks, interviews, at-home inspections, orientations, and trainings. On top of intensive procedures for households, we’re also CSIET-approved, meaning StudentRoomStay is audited each year to assure each student is safe and well taken care of during their entire academic homestay.

Every student has access to 24/7 support from trained StudentRoomStay staff, as well as monthly check-ins to address additional concerns or issues.
